1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
By using PhoneTracker247 (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your access to and use of all services, software, and websites associated with PhoneTracker247. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These terms are binding between PTK Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, and all users including individuals, parents, businesses, and organizations.
2. Legal Use and Compliance
PhoneTracker247 is designed for lawful, ethical, and transparent use only. Users are strictly prohibited from using the app to violate privacy rights or local surveillance laws.
You must ensure that:
- Tracking is done with the knowledge and consent of the device owner or in compliance with applicable business policies. 
- The Service is not used for stalking, harassment, or unauthorized data collection. 
Violation of these conditions may lead to account suspension, legal action, or permanent termination.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. 
- Ensuring lawful installation of the PhoneTracker247 app. 
- Obtaining explicit consent before tracking another person’s device. 
- Complying with all international laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and others). 
PhoneTracker247 assumes no liability for misuse, unauthorized access, or any data collected unlawfully by users.
4. Data Privacy and Security
We adhere to strict global privacy standards. All user data, including GPS locations, call logs, and messages, is encrypted using AES-256 and transmitted via secure HTTPS protocols. Data is stored temporarily for operational purposes and deleted upon account termination or legal request.
Users can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) for any deletion or data-access request under the Right to be Forgotten.
5. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy
Access to premium features requires an active subscription.
- Payment is processed securely through verified third-party providers. 
- Refunds are available only in cases of technical failure within 7 days of purchase. 
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date.

6. Limitations of Liability
PhoneTracker247 shall not be held liable for:
- Any damage, loss, or unauthorized use caused by user negligence. 
- Service interruptions due to third-party failures or force majeure. 
- Any legal consequences arising from misuse of the app in violation of privacy laws. 
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the last billing period.
7. Termination of Service
PhoneTracker247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are involved in illegal activity.
Users may also terminate their accounts anytime via the dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon termination:
- All data will be deleted in compliance with GDPR. 
- Access to features will be immediately revoked. 
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with compliance references to EU GDPR, US CCPA, and ASEAN PDPA standards.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Singapore law, unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction.
